Effective August 1, 2007

To obtain a disclosure packet:

Write a letter requesting the disclosure packet that includes signatures of all
homeowners.
Include the appropriate mailing address, if you would like your packet mailed.

Submit a check in the amount of $250.00 payable to C. Turner (may be submitted
separately from the packet request)

The HOA will produce the packet within 14 days from receipt of the request as mandated by
the Virginia Property Owners Act 2007.
