About Turners' H.O.A. Management
Turners' H.O.A. Management Company has been in business for over 22 years.
We currently serve 10 neighborhoods, encompassing over 600 units. The
business is owned and managed by Cathleen Turner, who oversees 6 employees.
Turners' H.O.A. Management is affiliated with the Community Association Institute
(CAI). The owner, Cathleen Turner, is CAI Management Certified and the staff
receives regular training and continuing education through CAI and Fairfax County
Association classes.
Philosophy of Turners' H.O.A. Management
Turners' H.O.A. Management Company has seen the State of Virginia and the
federal government finally give the homeowners' associations rights in the
governing of their corporations. We continue to be a strong advocate for the
associations' power to adopt and enforce rules and regulations.
We believe that we have a service to perform for the continuing success of the
associations that we manage. We work directly with the Board of Directors to
ensure quality customer care. We offer:

association - Enforcement of the rules and regulations specified by the Board of Directors

- Hands-on work in the community
- Other customized services, requested and contracted by individual
